The customer service is excellent. The care and the love is there. The knowledge , experience and love is there. My only concern is can some one from this very nice establishment please look into towing a certain vagrant's gold or silver : Suv. Calif. Plate: SURF. This very same vagrant, has been observed : Camping out in the front of Fed Ex. Also : The back of : Fed Ex. The vagrant is not doing any security work. The vagrant is a elderly male white adult. This very same vagrant has been loitering at night for approximately four or five years. Its unknown if the vagrant has any drugs or weapons?  Now this very same vagrant is leaving his vehicle in front of various businesses, over night. In front of businesses that pay the city of Huntington Beach rent. This hurts business. This is for paying customer parking. Most shopping centers have a patrol or onsite security guard. The professional security guard is to tactfully and professionally help to enforce the rules of the shopping center. Now as far as towing a vehicle. every shopping center must have a posted sign at every entrance. The size of the sign should be: 17 X 22 inches. The sign will have the : California Vehicle Code : Violation. Calif. Vehicle Code: 22658. Also the sign will have the name of the towing company. The sign will have : The name and phone number of the local police. Next: To get a good justified tow. The tires of the unauthorized vehicle should be chalked. When chalking the tires; Its imperative the , day, date, time , hour is marked on the shopping center pavement. From, the tire to the shopping center pavement. Now each day: Time is running out. So each day the unauthorized vehicle is in the customer's parking space, helps with a good legal tow. California Vehicle Code: 22658. Then take a picture for each day, the tire is chalked. California Vehicle Code: 22658. If the owner of the vehicle does not move the vehicle. Also: If the shopping center puts the required towing sign in place. At every entrance. 17 X 22 inches.
