> Lisa & the other staff are hateful human beings who could care less about you as a person. We were treated like hotel guest in our own home. I'm disgusted by everything that's been done to me & my family from these people. Save yourself the time & DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

> I wish I could give a lower rating, these people do not deserve one star. I have been a renter with these people for 3 years now. I can honestly say the only reason why I still rent from them is that the home is great and the owner is a great guy. Whenever a decision is in his hands he does his best to help his renters. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for AMPM, every time we have to deal with them it is like pulling teeth! If you have questions or want to see if you can make rent 2 days late because you will be out of town and forgot to drop off rent, expect attitude from the owners of the company. I truly believe these people enjoy  arguing (they are like and episode the housewives of new jersey) You can bet there is a reason that they have such a low rating in these reviews and am willing to bet the higher ratings come from themselves or friends. I know in these times most of us are renting so heres a heads up if need to rent. Good luck to you all.
