The wife and I were not ready to purchase a new car and money was certainly a concern. We went into surf City Nissan expecting to get chewed up in a shark tank of salesman. Instead we were approached calmly by salesman, Randy Matlack. To our surprise he listened to our concerns about price and put us in a car in our range. He did not try to upsell us rather worked with us. We were very surprised and pleased with this. The good treatment did not end there when we went inside the store manager came up to us and greeted us personally and went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied with the deal and with our treatment. He said to call him and let him know if we had any concerns. I just thought that showed a little bit of class even though I had no intention dealing with him personally because I felt that we were taken care of by the salesman. 3 weeks ago my wife's sister needed a car so we did not hesitate to take her over there. We figured we would give it a chance and you are surprised it was not a fluke, we receive the same professional treatment and courtesy. I can't say this enough but we were not pressured or up sold into something that we could not afford. Once again it was a completely enjoyable experience, well as enjoyable as car buying can be. As far as service I needed an oil change and I called them at 9 a.m. About a month ago. They had me in there at 1030 that same day after I explained that I was in a hurry to get it done.. I don't know if that is their usual course of business but I have to tell you that I felt that we were treated very well and I know where I will be headed to get my next car.","rating":5,"date_published":"2014-30-07"}]}
