The photographer had a \"verbal contract\" with me (saying that we would write up a formal contract later) to shoot my engagement photos and my wedding. We had an engagement photo session and then my fiance and I had to change our wedding date. The photographers \"verbal contract\" stated that if the wedding date changes the $1000 deposit will still be good if the date is re-booked. Well, when we called him to re-book the new date, he said what he really meant was if the old date was re-booked by someone else. He refused to give us our engagement photos, he refused to honor the $1000 deposit for a new date, and refused to refund us. This company does do VERY nice photography, but they are pricey too. If you do decide to use them, PLEASE make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing!!! They were also reported to the Better Business Bureau and refused any attempt at reconciliation.
