> With new ownership we would expect space rent to increase but you would also expect the new management to keep the office open during business hours and establish a pride of ownership mentality.  Gangs hang out at the clubhouse, known drug dealers sell their wares, parking has changed so the residents may park in what used to be visitor parking, street lights are out with no intention of fixing them, No one is held accountable for property upkeep and the term "White Trailer Trash" is now an appropriate title!
