> I have been using Cavanaugh Electric for years, and the electrical repairs that were done this morning, did not disappoint.  Anthony arrived on time with a kindness that was hard to miss.  I thought a rodent had eaten through a line and Anthony SHOWED me that the line was still good. He secured it and moved on to replacing some switches for me as well as look at additional work that I will be needing Cavanaugh Electric to assist with in the coming weeks.  Mr. Cavanaugh built a strong company and hired honest people. Truly appreciated.

I am so grateful they got my air conditioner up and running again for a very reasonable price.  Their serviceman was prompt, professional and knowlegeable. > AVOID this business. I had a problem with my home A/C unit and called Cavanaugh. After two visits and more than $200 of charges the problem was not fixed. Cavanaugh said I had to pay for a 3rd visit to investigate the problem further and had no explanation for why the problem was not diagnosed/fixed after the first visit. Also, their owner never called me back to discuss the problem. BOTTOM LINE - incompetent, poor customer service, confrontational.
