> I definitely can say without a doubt this particular location has a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. they are courteous and seem to be able to accommodate just about anybody at any time. I would definitely recommend this particular location to anyone that asks me for a rental car. as far as management Octavio And CurtisI definitely people pleasers and aim to please their customer. So I'll definitely be using this particular location again

> This is the worst car rental place I have ever used. And only did because that is where the insurance co sent me. The service is like nothing I have every experienced in all the years I have rented vehicles from other places all over the country. I wasn't even paying the bill and I had to give three references as to were I live (have never had to do this) and they called them while I was standing in from of them to make sure they were good. Also  leave a deposit (again I wasn't paying the bill the insurance co was) which I left in cash and then had to wait 7 to 10 days for a check to return the deposit. I didn't even have the car that long. I will never go back to this place even if an insurance co tells me to go there.. they will have to find a different car rental place for me.
