When Todd and Matt showed up they were on time and prepared. I was able to see the product first hand and all of my questions were answered. After the install I was so pleased with the shutters and the cleanliness of their work I used them to put a retractable awning on the back of my house. They were on time and within the time frame they promised. I was told I would get good customer service because they have been doing this for a while and that is exactly what I got. *Invalid Date via Direct* --- **lleskera** - 1/5 > I originally purchased shutter's for my home in Cathedral Cityfrom Majestic Shutters. 10 years later I thought it was time toreplace them and Todd from Majestic came out and said thatI could repair the shutters instead. He promised within 3 weekshe could order extra blades and schedule a repair time. After5 weeks of not hearing from anyone I called and the girl that answeredthe phone assured me that Todd would call me back. I havenever been called back after I have called at lease 10 times andevery time she says Todd is busy and will call you back. It hasbeen 3 months now and still not one call. I have never had suchpoor customer service before and if I ran my business this way Iwould be out of business.
