We moved here from OKC, and believe  we have purchased our last piece of furniturer from Mathis Brothers.  We bought  several thousands of dollars  woth  three years ago.  One of the livingroom chairs has broken and in need of repair.  For $75.00  it  would be picked up and repaired, and for another $75.00  to return it to us.  You have had the chair for nearly two weeks. I feel like  we are doing business at Wal Mart.  Custumer service is non existant, and there is no care or thank you for shoping  at Mathis Brothers.  We go in spend thousands of dollars , and we have to pay you to deliver it! to us.  We've never had a follow up phone call.  It's those details that  make or break a good  experience, and because we are only important  to you before you make the sale, we will move on. My complaint is the product was lack of a better term, crap. The box bed broke within 3 to 4 months, one of my wheels broke on my frame, and the bed gets hot. I live in the desert so my bed getting hot is frustrating. Even after i put on some sheets the darn thing gets hot to fast. The reason i bought it as because my old bed i started getting back pains, and i purchased this one to hopefully feel better when i sleep, but it is not much of an improvement I absolutely was dissatisfied with the product but not the service. I want to return it but i am afraid it is to late so i have not called.
