> office is intimidating on the outside due to homeless? people hanging around. The # system they have in place is efficient. The staff is patient and friendly. I was impressed with the bilingual skills of their Africam-American staff members. All they need are magazines to distract impatient people who complain about what seemed to be short wait times.
