> I just read a few reviews of ACES waste services and have something to say, the service has been efficient and reliable for me over the past 13+ years. Drivers & staff are helpful & friendly. As far as paperless billing, I have been on paperless billing for at least a year or more, I went into the office & gave them my c card. > Seems kind of silly to write a review of a trash collection service...as if you have a choice. They do a decent job, their transfer station attendants are polite and fair, the place is kept cleaned up. What do you expect?

> This is a horrible company with horrible customer service. My 8 year old can publish a better website than they have. They do not offer paperless billing or any other environmentally sound billing practice. I guess the more trash they can create with needless paper billing - the more money they can make. I am seriously considering getting rid of the service - it's just not worth the hassle.

> Fairly lousy service. They do not pick up, and then the company will not credit for that week's missed service. I was a paperboy when a child. I carried 180 papers for three years. I can count on one hand that times I missed anyone, and I am quite certain I never missed anyone twice. But this garbage collector has missed me so many times, I've loss count. And the people who pick up the recycling are ever worse! They say they pick up every two weeks, but more like every six weeks.
