I went there with a box of items (family heirlooms). The gentleman there (the owner I believe, or at least the manager) was simply BAD! He pawed through the box in a manner that reminded me of a hungry animal. He was \"discarding\" the silver plated items I had, and grabbing the silver ones. He did it quickly, and I swear I saw dollar signs in his eyes. I was appalled at his manner I really was. It was obvious to me he has no concern for anything but making money. In fact, he did this so haphazardly that he even missed some items I had to point out to him. For example he decided a group of spoons were silver, but missed one or two of the set.Further, at the time I sold my items, silver was $18. an ounce. He offered me $13. Not knowing any better I took it. I then found some other items in my garage and went to another place (Gold & Silver Exchange on Moulton Pkwy). They were actually pleasant, and far more professional. They offered $14.75 an once.
