> After being put on hold for 45!! minutes when trying to get someone from Geek Squad to help me with my laptop I decided i had enough, i quickly looked up a Laptop repair company and up came Avacom. I got a nice friendly voice on the other side (not a machine), they were right down the street so I simply took my laptop down and they had it ready for me the very next day. Hassle free! This is the type of customer service I was looking for. I am going to use them from now on.

> I brought my HP Laptop that was under warranty and they had it ready for me the next day. I had a lot of trouble with getting anyone to do the warranty work on it. I looked on the HP website and they had Avacom listed as a warranty provider which was excellent for me since they were so close by. I highly recommend them for any repair work. They were fast and extremely polite.

> They were very helpful right off the bat. I called in, spoke with one of their techs about my printer problem and the noise it was making, he gave me some advice of what i can do, when that didnt solve it they were quick to send someone out and got the problem fixed right away. I really liked the fact that they tried to help me on the phone and was plain and honest about it. I would recommend them any day!
