I work for a limo company and went in to get my car washed prior to picking up a passenger. I had some loose change In a cup and had a $100 in one of the compartments that wasn't easily visible. I know I should have taken it, but I figured who would snoop around in my car. Sure enough, I got my car back and my $100 bill was missing. Contacted the manager and they said you have to talk to Renee and then I followed up a couple of days later after them telling me that they will check the cameras. Finally I got in touch with another manager who informed me that he spoke with the owner and the owner said that there is nothing he can do. They didn't even do a good of cleaning my car. They advertised Early Bird Special 8-10AM, but the price CHANGED to $11.99 for the basic wash at 9:55AM. The manager claimed it was the computer error, and nothing he can do about it.......It's a completely misleading advertisement, and they didn't clean the car exterior and interior well... They SCRATCHED MY CAR and refused to accept any reasponsibility. The supervisor/manager is a joke. They said my car was damaged before I took it to them and that I was lying about the whole thing. They refused to give me their insurance information, claiming they didn't have access to it and that I had to get it from the bookeeper. My huband went back on Monday and the bookeeper was " too busy" to talk to him. He waited for a half an hour arguing with the manager and the other employees. They basically told my husband that I was lying about the whole thing and that I had probably damaged the car and was too afraid to tell him. Before leaving, my husband asked to speak with the bookeeper again and they told him she had left.
