They came in about 2 years before my lease terminated and tried to sign me up for another lease.  I said no and that I would like to return the equipment at the end of the lease.  They were angry and rude.  The next invoice I received mysteriously had excess usage charges and an increase to the lease price.  The next bit of AMAZING customer service came at the end of the lease.  I was informed at the termination date that I didn't notify them 90 days in advance of terminating the lease so the lease automatically renewed for another year.  No contact, just a note on the October invoice which was already past the 90 day limit.  Now I'm supposed to pay $700 a month for a copier that is worth $1,000.
