> CONT. I am appalled that the Courtyard Hotel is going to haggle over $30 to earn an unhappy customer and potentially a softball organization from not booking there again. I don't understand how one manager can approve the credit and another one deny it the next day telling me what I said when she wasn't there at the time, telling me that my husband closed out the tab after ordering more food when he wasn't on the trip with me then telling me that I left my tab open. They can't get their story straight and they are NOT providing good customer service in the slightest. The charges have been disputed but I want everyone to know how they treat customers if there is a discrepancy on their bill. So be AWARE!
