> They do not deserve any stars!!! BEWARE.... YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR DUE DATE.... Not even one time! Here is copy of my conversation with their customer service agent.JocelinME at 11:02, Oct 11:Can you change my "Due" date to be the 20th of each month? Having it due on the 1st does not work for meJocelin at 11:04, Oct 11:Unfortunately the way our system is set up is that we are unable to change the due date on your payment... but we do provide you with a grace period to make that payment without a penalty...ME at 11:07, Oct 11:Seriously? the grace period is 10 days..... I can not pay until mid month to the 20th. Are you telling me that I will alway be late and go through my policy being "cancelled" then "re-instated" with payment because you are unable to change the due date? I have NEVER been told by other accounts that the due date can not be moved to avoid cancellation. If your system does not allow for a 1 time due date change.... than your system sucks!
