Everyone from the front desk personnel to the physical therapists were warm, friendly and professional. It all worked together to make my healing process positive and enjoyable. They were good too I suppose but I just liked my therapist. Anyhow, I recommend them. I lost 40 pounds in 6 months! This is not one of those meat market type of gyms. It's safe, friendly, there's good camraderie with the other members, the fitness coaches are awesome. It obviously works and I love coming! The place is beautiful, the staff is really friendly, the therapist figured out the problem in the 1st visit and started me on a therapy plan that made sense and got my knee to 100% much quicker than I expected.
