They kept their promise and explained the process to us.  We have obtained “Lexington buyer credit approval form” prior before we begin home shopping.  Buying a house can be very stressful.  There were total three offers including ours.  We were told that because we are a solid buyer our offer was accepted.  The other two offers had some kind of “prequel” from other mortgage companies which we didn’t know this could make any differences between a prequel vs. buyer credit approval.  Initially, we thought okey it makes sense by providing Lexington all incoming documentation prior before we have even identified a house.  Thereafter, we had our approval within 5 days and to make a story short all they needed thereafter we found our dream house was our signed purchase contract, appraisal and title.  Most importantly, our sense of comfort is there and stress level is not as high.  My realtor loved them as well we are able to close within 2 weeks. We were recommended by one of our close friend who has refinanced through their Black Label LTD program. (High Networth, Who is Who...). Our closing was smooth and never once had any surprise.  Although we were hoping to close our refinance in two weeks they did it in 23 days.  We shopped their offer with two banks and another lender they were by far the most competive one in rates and cost.  We have high loan amount and they have provided two options for us.  Evrything was upfront.  At the end 3.99% and some closing costs to reduce our monthly payment was our choice.  While everyone else offered us over 4.25 to 4.50%.  We didn't mind to pay for points to lock in a long term savings.  We will recommend this company to my colleagues and our friends. My bank never offered a lower rate and I was told by my bank is running 6 months behind. I called and was immediately talking with a representative. I was provided with accurate quote information, sound advice, and loan process (such as time to close, costs, especially our tax stamp fee… etc.) -- thanks to Chris! Overall the process went very smoothly. Initial application/paperwork was all handled electronically. An appraisal assessor called and scheduled a visit within 2 days. Where we live at Coral Springs, Florida we don’t get this type of quick services.  A representative kept me apprised of progress and answered questions quickly about the fees and my final closing cost breakdown.  They did keep up their promise to call me locking my rate when my loan is approved.  The notary was also scheduled. There was some last minute work to be done due to an employer change on my part, and the Lexington support team quickly collected the documentation required and updated the application package for the underwriters.
