The item was not what we ordered, found out after getting home and opening the package. Had to make a trip back and had a 2 hour ordeal to return the item and the person at the store promised it would be the next day along with something else we ordered. Same issue again and so the item was not delivered. You cant reach the person we talked to at the store. The customer service wont transfer to the store. They want you to go in person to resolve the issue again. The customer service person was quite rude.
