I got to go to the river and put a rock in my hand and put all the negativity thoughts in that rock and threw it away. I truly believe trips like these play a very big part in everyone’s life and recovery. I especially want to thank John for allowing me to be his anchor man and myself. For future reference, I believe trips like this will make a big impact on all those who go and I hope that Morningside continues to provide this adventure trip opportunity.
