The employees in the factory store were all very helpful, respectful and very courteous.  An item I bought for my wife didn't fit and when I returned it they were very helpful and went and back  and searched  until they found the right  size for us . This  type of service made me feel like I want to come back over and over for the clothing & the good service!","rating":5,"date_published":"2017-09-09"},{"author_name":"Lisa G.","review_text":"I have had the worst of the worst with this company that I spent so so much money on their clothes bc they were my favorite and so so much problems came with it and this girl named Monique was so rude to the sickest girl in the world  bc the min she told her she. Was so Ill and her mental illness affects her brain that I knew she would disrespect me even more now lies problems no answered emails bc she now was playing on my joke and playing on my mind and it was a test and she failed bc she lacked empathy and compassion and knowledge and kindness for the people who have this dosease like I do but she was still willing to give 10 more chances too and I got no store credit for a dress I had returned and the paper that was in the bag started to not refund the money but just to give me a store credit for a dress that didn't fit her and of course they didn't pay attention to that piece of paper and I didn't get the dress I wanted or any dresS at all or any email about this problem bc that store credit was for a dress to feel better about surviving the hell she had for five years and left without medical care for five years and today was the day I needed that store credit and of course they didn't contact me or show me respect at all that my numerous emails she lied and said she answered all of them bc I have proof always bc the rep for rip Curl for Florida was and is my bff that he said where's ur new dress for your big day at I said no store credit was ever given to me but a whole crappy attitude and once I claimed this illness I had that's when she got crappier to me and i still didn't get my store credit but that's ok bc they obviously didn't think i was worthy of answering back to get the great dress to wear to my big appt for the proper Medical care she was finally worthy of receiving and it's alll good bc I never ever had to serve people but only served God and this person needs prayers to not ever disrespect sick and suffering people ever bc she was on a lil power trip and I have of course all the charges taken out of my account and all. My returns never put back and I see that I shouldn't be shopping at this place anymore bc no respect no answers to all my emails but just now playing my mind and my illness that I will go above anyone to make sure she isn't disrespecting other people like this also bc I can handle anything but u should always be kind and I had all the charges but not the credits for the Returns I was sending back and was treated like dirt and it's ok I will pray for her and everyone else I messaged and also shown no respect but there is a person named jimmy here I'mPretty sure And he is a perfect example of a kind caring person bc he was always so nice and caring always and he also answered all.my emails if someone wants to make anything right by me ans and who I only serve u just let me know bc I had a store credit for a Kiki dress and it said it on the paper but I never got a credit for my dress for my big day today and I see they don't respect peopleLike me God bless u","rating":1,"date_published":"2017-13-07"}]}
