They are impossible to get in touch with and do not respond to messages left or emails sent. The carpets were a priority because they had some pet stains and odors that I was concerned wouldn't come clean. Enter Pacific Green CC. They explained the process and quoted me on the phone. When the technician came out, he went straight to the area of concern, spent the extra time he needed to remove the odor and never seemed in a hurry to move on to the next job. The results were fantastic. I was very pleased with their entire cleaning process not just the pet stains. The carpet looks brand new. I decided to go with Pacific Green Carpet Care on my neighbor's recommendation. I am so glad I did. I was really worried about my carpet coming clean but with PGCC the results were awasome.
