> My family and I want to thank you all for providing us with such excellent care.  The kind, sincere and professional way in which you have helped us care for my mom has been a great blessing.  It has given us peace of mind knowing that there is a caring person to help my mom with her daily needs.  Caring for a loved one is not an easy task, but your kind words and encouragement over these many months has made it much easier.  One of the hardest things I had to do since hiring your agency was thinking about leaving my mom for the first time to go on a family vacation.  I was making arrangements with your staff and I began to cry because I was feeling guilty.  Your Staff was so sweet and understanding.  Stacey in Client Services, gave me this great pep talk which helped relieve my guilt and she told me not to worry, that my mom would be just fine.  We did go and we did have a great time and my mom was just fine.  Thank you Stacey!
