> Any website that doesn't provide contact info is an indication of a company with poor executive leadership that lacks focus on the "CUSTOMER"   To state "customers are serviced through an extensive network" is a poor excuse for customer service!  I live in VA and the closest is GA and CT - this is useless - with no way to contact hdqtrs.
