> These are some of the rudest most unprofessional people I have dealt with since I came to Amador county.  He was rude, mean and walked off of the job and She hung up on me. We asked for a freon charge, instead he claimed to change a filter on the condenser in the yard and wanted to come in the house to check filters. I tried to explain to him that the heating and cooling unit were in the basement (the compressor is in the yard and feeds to the unit in the basement where the air ducts are.) but he wouldn't look at it. When I tried to tell him that we don't have any filters in the house on any of the registers, HE WALKED AWAY. I got my husband on the phone for him and walked it out to the van and he refused to speak to him saying "I've got other things to do".  If I am smart enought to write you a check to you for your sevices, could you please treat me like I am at least smart enought to know WHERE MY OWN COOLING SYSTEM IS?
