She went out of her way to make sure we were always informed and aware of any and all changes. We had friends who were selling a home at the same time we were in our transaction. They had a horrible experience and it made us even more grateful for our beautiful realtor. Their transaction cancelled and so did their relationship with their agent. One being trying to sell my home and now working with them to Lease my home. I cannot say enough about this company. When they say the Diane Frank Team they mean just that. They are a team. And all of them are very knowledgeable at what they do. They were upfront and honest with us, they did what they said they were going to do and kept us informed every step of the way while doing it. They were not just in it for what they could get, they really were out for our best interests. We worked with a couple of other Realtor's and were sorely dissapointed with their handling of our sale and with the Ethic's they practiced or should I say the lack there of.
