> I gave this big lots 4 stars for the following reasons.  first of all, every time I go I come out w something so that in itself tells u that they hv a lil bit if almost everything. second, although the bldg is old, the store is kept up pretty well and is clean and in order. third, the employees and managers are mostly Armenian or Hispanic 40-something females who are nice enough, knowledgeable enough and willing to help u if u ask even in the case of returns and refunds. lastly, the prices are discounted competitive with other stores in the category. I am very happy and satisfied to hv this big lots close to home.
