I had a seasonal item while it was still seasonal and because it wasn't within the 14 days, they wouldn't take it back or even give me store credit. I won't support them anymore with such a strict return policy and will go to another Hallmark store from now on. 14 days is a crazy little amount of time to only accept returns.","rating":2,"date_published":"2012-20-12"}]}
