> We purchased over $25K of watches and earings in one sitting from this establishment.  We were treated exceptionally well when we were about to purchase the 2 Panerai watches and earrings (getting us coffee, etc.).  One month after owning my Panerai, there was a defect in the threads of the strap to where it became stripped.  I was told by the owner, VAHID, that it was "my fault" despite owning the watch only one month.  I was placed blame for the defect and was told I had to pay $3000 to repair a watch we bought for $4500!  In the end I called Panerai and it was taken care of at no charge with no difficulty.  Bottom line: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.  Once they sell you their goods and you have a problem with it, their "niceness" is over.  I am a local San Diegan since 1980 and will NEVER come back to this place and highly recommend you think twice before you buy here as well. Karma will work its way into his business.
