> I came to Beth J. to have conservative treatment for a torn rotator cuff. She was more interested in my body alignment and not the conservative treatment of my torn rotator cuff tendons that I desired. We also differed on technical issues (i.e., acceptable pain level scale, duration of constant torque stretches, use of trigger point, etc). 3 months later I had surgery and now using more qualified therapists (PT, DPT, ATC) at Rehab United near Grossmont Center Dr. and making much more progress focused on range of motion, biceps/deltoid strength, abductors and scapular muscles (not alignment issues). I am a retired research physiologist, published several peer reviewed articles and an Emeritus Fellow in the American College of Sports Medicine.
