The \"Policy\" is that you must return any \"un-worn\" shoes before 30 days in order to get an exchange if you have your receipts. It appears this store/company is NOT prepared to handle \"defects\" in shoes and will NOT Honor you or you problem, especially if you have worn the shoes. My mistake was purchasing these shoes at a sub-contractor instead of the main store itself or \"online\". I will NEVER buy that brand/model again and am returning the shoes to the manufacturer. Model SN:51064 Skechers Sport. Other than that Skechers are still the best!","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-15-02"}]}
