Their scheduler was really thorough in getting information from me about what the problem was so someone would bring the right equipment. We had a tub clog on our 3rd floor bathroom and another company's plumbers couldn't fix the problem because they didnt have a long enough snake. Their technician came out with an extra long electric snake and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Very professional and accommodating!","rating":5,"date_published":"2019-11-01"}]}
