Dealing with them as a patient has been frustrating; I've been charged for services not received, double billed for services, had checks lost and/or misposted on numerous occasions, and have had difficulty reaching someone to discuss these problems.As a patient, you have no choice but to deal with their incompetence.  If you are a doctor or medical group looking for a company to do your billing for you, I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-29-11"}]}
