The first time fixed my washer.  The other appliance guy quoted me $290.00 including the initial visit fee ($50.00) to give me the quote.  He charged me only $90.00, even when I had to pay the other guy the $50.00 and Ben the $90.00, I still came out ahead.  He is now my go to guy for appliance repair.   He has since come by to fix my dryer, and my refrigerator every time, he has been professional and VERY reasonable.
