> I would like to have the county of Los Angeles and State of California, to investigate when residents (who are physically and mentally challenge) that receive injuries accidently by the staff.  The injuries that are serious are covered up by the staff, management and a medical doctor who comes to the facility.  Some of the residents have later been sent the emergency room and omitted to the hospital.  I believe that these someone should check into this matter before things get worse. Al Jeffrey
