It is their name, their practice, their license, and solely their employees. The providing Dentist is always the owner regardless of anyones stature, mostly due to everything should be under a dental providers license. If you have problem with any of the employees why not run a license check on their Assistants, dentists,etc. It is free to check online through your state gov site. You went back to the office for your 6 months recall, I have been a patient here too with the previous dentist, I came back solely because of the front desk lady who sells jewelry , auto etc. You are just hearing them talk about those things but they are not selling it to you. They treat there patients like they are their own family., And that made me come back to this office. I am afraid of going to the dentist but they make me, per Se at ease . Though I may say , selling is kinda awkward    but for you its disgusting. It's your opinion. If I may add, dental office get supply in commercial loads and they just refill mouthwashes and soaps and dilute them because it's concentrated. Why didn't you tell them to put more mouthwash or soap so they can improve their service for picky persons like you. Of course you did not, because you just want to discredit them publicly. I highly recommend this office for people afraid of dentists. This person is spreading false information. I cannot tell whether this \"DENTAL\" office is really a \"dental\" office. It feels like a jewelry store because they sometimes sell jewelry. Most definitely it was a car/auto shop sale. The wall paint used to be white and medical, now they resemble was chexmex restaunt. Being a RN for 9 years I have to say some people are not as professional as they seem, though SOME assistants and Dr.'s are very polite, SOME are criticizing and don't pay attention to us clients. I have a lot to say about the office. The Mouth wash is watered down tastes like sweet water to me, the hand-soaps w/ anti-bacterial have tap water to mix (I think it is a way to keep cost down in a VERY unsanitary way), was insulted about my kids by the new front desk, management did not apprehend the matter at all. When I had questions to ask, one front desk lady said, \"You're done bye.\" rude in my eyes. I have more but this is only 1/40th of it.
