> These people racially profile and stop any car that does not have local plate frames.  Had a cop pull me over that had no name tag, no badge (just a jacket patch) and who basically was really nasty and asked me several questions that were actually against the law.  I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Chief to get this guy reprimanded.
