Donna & Debbie took me in when I was at my wit's end after being in discomfort and pain for over a month.  I had never had a colonic before but they made me feel at ease and really made me feel like they genuinely cared about helping me.  What I thought would be a very uncomfortable procedure turned out to be not bad at all and really improved my health.  I would recommend anyone that gets frequent stomach pain from IBS or other disorders get a colonic every once in awhile to clean yourself out. My experience at the La Paz Spa was great, they made me feel relaxed. the equipment was state of the art, and the staff was so cheerful. If its your first visit, go online and download the forms, so you don't have to fill them out there. They also mentioned that they use a very small tube for inserting the water, which i was happy to hear, i didn't imagine anything ever going in that end. The best part was you get to watch all the waste pass by in a clear tube under you, in a mirror, so you can watch it. I went once for amassage,and for being in an upstairs unit in a strip mall, the masseuse was AWESOME.  NO, it's no luxuious spa, but you're getting far better service than you're paying for.Second time in was for a colonic, my first.  I wanted to have a massage first to loosen up, but no time and no $$ in the budget at the time.  So instead, Lovely Ms Donna hooked me up with their massage table which is right in the lobby.  A few minutes on that and I felt MUCH better.The colonic was great.  The staff there is just like you're old friends. It's like you've known them forever.  Very approachable, very comfortable, but at the same time, very courteous and VERY professional (strictly legit, guys-look elsewhere for your kicks).  The table's all set up, and the controlls explained, and it's really a non issue.  I was a little uncomfortable \"releasing\" with Donna in the room at first, but after a while, no problem.Afterward, I can't really describe the feeling.  I can't say I got completely cleaned out, but you won't on one visit.  But I did feel Lighter, brighter, and cleaner.  I'm definitely going back for the 1-2 massage-colonic visit soon.I highly recommend this facility.
