Gigi was 1 hour and 30 minutes late. My girlfriend warned me that she was at least 1 hour late every time when she had appointment. First, they give you ice packs to keep them for 10 minutes and then forget about you for 1 hour. Then Gigi comes, this time she was chewing her gum with open mouth. She kept quite a distance when she was doing the laser and it would not matter to her if she goes over the same place, it’s your pain.  When she used laser it seemed that it did not work properly because she would push the pedal, but the laser would not work. After the treatment she did not offer any soothing ointments, like Aloe.
