> I would not recommend this place of business.  The owner appeared to have a pleasant demeanor and be on top of things.  It turns out she is a chameleon and tells one story yet the reality is very different the minute you turn your back and walk away.  Unfortunately, she has become an absentee owner and has employees that lack business sense, experience and judgment running her business.  It's sad this is happening but I am questionable how long it will survive given the conditions.  My reasoning for this review and why I would not suggest this business to anyone is due to the rude employees that react emotionally, lack any good judgement and have no social skills.  Specifically, I have been dealing with Karen whom I thought was a nice person until I walked in one day and she yelled at me in front of other customers about how she couldn't help me.  Now understand, I previously rented a mailbox and stopped by to pick up my mail since the Post Office will not allow you to forward mail from this type of business.  Karen specifically yelled out to me that I can no longer pick up my mail unannounced since I don't rent a mailbox any longer.  The comments took much more effort than it would have taken to get my mail and hand to me.  She previously advised I cannot come in to the store since I no longer rent from them.  Any questions why this review has been posted?  There are plenty of similar businesses in the area that you don't have to be subjected to childish behavior or poor service.
