Looked great but now sink has fallen away from granite top. Found that sink held in place by wood pieces and adhesive instead of sink clips. Called Tower to come and fix. Told that they would schedule if we pay! Work only guaranteed for 2 years. You have to pay for anything that falls apart after two years with this company. NOT GOOD!! Once I went to the shop and picked the type of tile and granite I wanted, they scheduled me in for the upcoming week. They did a wonderful job and the work they did really magnified the idea I had for my new home. We played phone tag, and when I finally got ahold of him, he said he needed to find my file and get back with me. I ended up having to call again because he didn't return that call. I spoke with another man, who gave me a quote right then. Told me to come in and pick out granite which we did. Set up an appointment for them to come measure our countertops. Never showed. Ended up calling. The man apologized and said he would personally come out next evening. He never showed. When I called that time, went straight to voice mail. Left message that we were no longer interested in there business. Manuel offered to send someone in 20 minutes, saying that they lost our file. Their office is very unorganized. I was willing to give them one chance but not two. Especially since my husband left work early 2 days in a row for a no show.
