To date, APRIA has neither explained why my name was on a laptop over 1,000 miles from my home, in a branch where I am not served, nor the interminably long delay in notifying me about the loss.  It looks like the privacy policy is pretty much some decorations on a piece of paper they send out one year, and ignored by at least some of their staff.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-08-10"}]}
