They are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. They had my rug shampooer for 4 months and would never call me to give me an update on the status of it, I had to keep calling them. One day they said 'come and get it, we've fixed it' well my husband brought it home and it STILL was not repaired, when I called to make them aware of this Ron (who works there) told me 'it has to be fixed, we don't let anything out of our store that isn't repaired' then he said bring it back in and he'll 'show' me how to use it. Well news flash Ron, you didn't repair it - so I took it back and after 3 weeks I had to call them again to find out the status, after over 1 month, my husband went to pick it up and Ron was very rude to him, my husband is a nice non-violent man and it takes a lot to make him angry but Ron really made him angry.  Do NOT do business with these people at all costs.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-04-06"}]}
