They folded my side view mirrors in before I went through the wash.  After I picked up my car at the end of the wash, my driver side mirror was broken and could no longer be adjusted with the control knob.  I asked for the manager and the person in charge refused to give me the name of the manager and pointed to a sign that says the car wash is not responsible for any damage.  Needless to say I will never take any of my cars to this car wash again.","rating":1,"date_published":"2008-16-05"}]}
