> theyve actually been in business since 1991 and just had their 20th anniversary sale.  The staff is so knowledgeable and has probably over 150 years of experience between them.  Go there, be polite and you will leave a very happy camper...not to mention they are the only store that isnt closing in the area

> These guys are great with live inventory (tropical and marine fish, pond fish, coral rock and tropical plants) and they have a huge selection of tanks, filters, lights, and the essentials to set you up and an awesome selection of all the accessories you will need to keep your tanks running smoothly and looking outstanding. Their staff is friendly and highly knowledgeable (not be fooled by the nose rings and tatoos!). However, they fall short of a "5" "Excellent" rating because their prices for just about everything (except during their regular sales every 3 months or so) are quite high. For goodness sakes, this is Lakewood and Long Beach, not Newport Beach or Malibu.
