On the day of my appointment I got a heads-up call from the office that the technician was on his way over. Michael came out, inspected the unit and let me know we needed a new condenser fan motor. He was able to repair it right then, and the whole appointment took about 30 to 40 minutes. Michael was professional, courteous and easy to talk to. I feel the price was reasonable. We were afraid that we were going to have to replace our whole system since it is 17 years old. The team has been great answering questions I've had about replacing our system and the HERO program.
