I figured something was up, when I called several times over 2 weeks to get an appointment.and no one answered the phone or returned my calls. There is a new Business at there old address. These guys are gone. We were under 24 months parts and labor warranty. We haven't had any issues our first year and our second year we needed very minor maintenance that needed done. My wife and I had to call multiple (7) times in 4 day period to return our call. Charged $150 to change dirty filter. month later, we had a power outages in our neighborhood which cause one of the fuse to burn. I left a message and no return call. We decided to call other local company to replace burn fuse. If you are planing on purchasing unit from this company please be aware. He had to leave at one point to get a part, but was back in about 15 minutes, and completed the repairs within 2 hours from the time I made the phone call to paying the bill!
