> what is wrong with your phones, I have tried numerous times and different departments and just busy line. Are the lines down or numbers changed?  it would be nice if we could get through with so many lines at Costco you would think there would be at least one open.

> I return items only once in a great while but to my surprise they are easy to deal with.  They keep information in the computer about my purchase as a memeber and can look it up if I don not have the reciept.  Then give me cash and I go purchase a similar item again.How can it be better than that.Thank you for treating me like a member to your Club!
