He told me I had to give them a $20 deposit…. So I did because I was sure I wanted the appointment. “The Artist” also said he would email me a picture of my tattoo within the next few days. WRONG!! I had to email him and ask him for it and then when I told him I wanted changes he never emailed me back. The day of my actual appointment I get a call from Danny at the shop telling me Even had to cancel my appointment because he was too tired from the tattoo he was working on and was going home after he was done with that one. Evan wanted to reschedule me and tell ME! The client a date and time. WRONG!!! You should have asked what is the best date and time for me! Since you canceled on ME!! Now I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate him after he disappointed me!! I don’t think so!! That is bad customer service dude.So my point is what the hell do you give an appointment for and ask for a deposit if you’re going to call and cancel. I don’t know who these fancy guys think they are but they aren’t the only ones with busy schedules. I'm sorry, but it doesn't matter if you're a great artist, if you're that unprofessional you seriously need to rethink your business ethics.
